Soledad Builders is honored to have been chosen to participate in the 2014 NARI Tour of Homes. Home tours are an exciting way for us to show the public the attention to detail and craftsmanship that we put into our custom homes and remodels. With that said, there is a definite sense of urgency and we are a little overwhelmed. In addition to staffing our home, there is a ton of work that needs to be completed prior to the tour. From touch-up (it is a lived in home after all), cleaning, housing our home owner, staging and all of the little touches that make home tours amazing.
From home design, construction and completion, Soledad’s team is made up of some of the best professionals and craftsman in Austin. We would not be able to do what we do without them and it is with our deepest gratitude that we thank them for being a part of our team for so many years.
Now a little about our home. This project was recently completed for a young family in Central Austin. The home, having been recently remodeled, did not suit their needs. We completely transformed the living areas, reconfigured the master suite and added a guest wing. In addition to transforming the interior of the home, we added front and rear patios, connecting the interior of the home to the exterior, including adding a built-in grilling station.

The Tour will take place October 18th & 19th, from 12pm to 6pm each day.
Advance Tickets will be available online beginning October 1st. Advance tickets will be $20, while day-of-show tickets will be $25. Day-of-show tickets will be available for purchase at each home on the Tour.
A portion of all ticket sales will benefit Wonders & Worries and Partnerships for Children.
