Soledad Builders was formed in 2003 by Marc Molak and Kelly Molak. Marc, a division manager for a national home builder, and Kelly, the VP of operations for a local real estate developer knew they could offer beautiful, efficient, custom homes at an exceptional value. Leveraging national purchase contracts, with talented local vendors, Soledad has delivered hundreds of beautiful homes to our clients.
Soledad Builders focuses on “right-sized”, efficient homes with exceptional finishes. Many of our infill projects and additions are under 5,000 SQFT. A well-designed home should live much larger than its footprint.
